What to bring
For any visit:
- your original passport;
- copies of the photo page, your latest visa or entry stamp and your TDAC, signed in blue ink;
- one 4×6 cm photo;
- your TM.30 address registration receipt;
- cash and your own pen.
Specific services need specific forms: TM.7 for an extension, TM.8 for a re-entry permit, TM.47 for a 90-day report.

How to get through quickly
- Arrive by 8:00-8:15. Queue numbers for extensions often run out around 15:00.
- Go Tuesday to Thursday. Mondays and days after holidays are the busiest.
- Start at the pre-screening desk. They check your file before giving you a queue number.
- Watch the screens. Missing your number can mean starting again.
- Mind the season. From November to March, waits are 30-60% longer; May to October is calmer.
- Dress modestly. Beachwear, tank tops or very short shorts can get you turned away.
- Bring a power bank. Outlets are scarce and waits can be long.
Common reasons for refusal
- No TM.30. Landlords are required to register foreign tenants, but many do not. Without the receipt, your file will not be accepted.
- Incomplete copies. An unsigned copy or a missing stamp page.
- Form errors. Especially in the address and date fields.
- Back-to-back visa exemptions. An officer may refuse an extension if your passport shows you have been living in Thailand on visa-free stamps.

How to get it done in one visit
We prepare immigration paperwork every day: visa exemption extensions (4,500 ฿ including the government fee), TM.30 (800 ฿), re-entry permits (2,000 ฿ and 5,000 ฿) and student visas with every extension. You walk in with a complete file and know which counter to go to.
For our students, an ED visa extension takes about 10 minutes.
